image thumb32 Huawei MediaPad stops by the FCC with AT&T radios on boardHuawei has been known for the budget offerings, so if happen to live stateside, the good news is that if you were in the market for an affordable tablet, the Huawei MediaPad has recently been spotted at the FCC sporting GSM and WCDMA radio that bands that puts it in a great position to be launched on AT&T’s network.

For those who may have forgotten, the MediaPad features a 1.2GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a 7” 1280×800 display, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and will run on Android’s Honeycomb 3.2. Those are pretty decent specs and it is expected to go on sale in Europe for £275.

No word on when the Huawei MediaPad will arrive stateside, but hopefully its appearance at the FCC indicates Huawei’s plans for a US launch in the not-so-distant future.
