According to reports online, Epson, the company best known for its printers, scanners and projectors; is working on a mysterious Android device. No details have been released about what the device is going to be, but it is said to be “in a new category” and it offers “a range of mobile entertainment and viewing options.” Epson is expected to announce the device during the Mobile World Congress in February 2012, so until then we won’t know for sure, but I guess we can let speculation run wild.
What do you think Epson will be unveiling at MWC next year? An Android-powered printer? A smartphone or a tablet? A projector-smartphone hybrid? A printer with a touchscreen? Color me intrigued; I wonder what Android device the company could be announcing next year (assuming the reports turn out to be true).
