If you’re shopping for a new Windows Phone, AT&T will be offering up the HTC Titan this month for $200 on contract. No specific date was mentioned, but users looking forward to the device should be able to expect it some time this month. The HTC Titan will run on a 1.5GHz single-core processor and sport a 4.7” WVGA Super LCD display with Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7.5 on board.
