iPhone users can take screenshots of their apps using the combination of pressing the home button and lock button located at the top right corner of their device. Oddly enough this rather simplistic feature has not made its way onto Android devices, at least until now where it was revealed in the Ice Cream Sandwich code that native screenshot capabilities will now be coming onto Android devices.
Based on the code, it looks like if Android users are looking to take a screenshot of whatever they’re looking at on their Android devices at the moment, all they’d have to do is press a button combination of Volume Down + Power. Not exactly the most exciting feature, but a feature that should have been present on the device nonetheless.
