If you’ve following smartphone news, you’re probably aware that HTC has plans to launch 6-8 devices before the year is out, and one of them we’re assuming would be the HTC Ruby. Apart from its name, not much is known about the device until recently, thanks to leaks.
Well according to the rumors on the internet, the HTC Ruby is expected to feature a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 4.3” qHD display, 1GB of RAM along with an 8MP rear facing camera and a 2MP front facing camera. Unfortunately no word on which version of Android it will come with, although it’s safe to assume that it will be running on Gingerbread 2.3 at the very least, or perhaps even Ice Cream Sandwich?
It sounds like a pretty high-end device, but unfortunately no word on price or availability just yet.
