Symbian Anna will be available by end of August

Owners of the Nokia N8, E7, C7 and C6-01 will be pleased to know that the Symbian Anna update will be available for their devices sometime towards the end of August. However those looking to get their hands on the mentioned devices should probably wait till late July or early August as it seems that the devices will come shipped with Anna pre-installed already.

The upgrade is said to bring about enhanced maps, improved text input, new icons and faster web surfing. It sounds like it’s practically a brand new operating system rather than an update. The update should be available OTA or via your PC, but just a quick reminder for those looking to update as they will have to wait until end of August.
