There were reports earlier that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 will be hitting Nordic countries first, before they would be released to the rest of the world, but now according to reports, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 will be delayed yet again. This time however, it appears that the country affected in question will be Germany, and they will be experiencing a delay of a few weeks.
No reason was given although some believe it could be due to component issues, which may result in degradation of screen quality and increased thickness. According the Tweet by Samsung Germany:
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9: Those who are eagerly awaiting the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, must still wait a bit. The official date is delayed by a few weeks in mid-August.
