Check Out This Concept Cyber-Shot Android Phone

It wasn’t too long ago that we reported on a supposed photo leak of what looked like a Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot Android device. Well the folks at Phandroid recently came across this picture, the one to your right, and mistook it for the actual device, but later discovered that was in fact a concept design for what the Cyber-shot phone could look like.

One can hardly blame them as it does look pretty realistic. All that aside it’s designed really nicely but we do have some bad news. What turned out to be a leaked photo is actually a hoax, thanks to Pocket Now who have managed to debunk that rumor. I know this might come as a disappointment to some of you Sony Ericsson fans that were really hoping for an Android device to sport the Cyber-shot branding.

Perhaps with all the hype that has been going around with regards to that fake photo maybe Sony Ericsson might just be listening in and thinking that maybe a Cyber-shot phone isn’t such a bad idea after all, or maybe they already have one in the works, who knows? For now let’s just enjoy the concept design.
