Great news for Sprint subscribers. According to some rumors online, the carrier will be getting 2 new 4G devices from Motorola that will be announced next month. The Atrix Android smartphone and the Xoom Android tablet that are available on AT&T and Verizon, respectively, will be making their way to Sprint according to a reliable source to Android and Me. And besides just showing up on the network, the devices will also be compatible with Sprint’s WiMAX network. The Xoom might have a name change due to a recent trademark lawsuit against its usage, but these two 4G devices would sure feel at home at Sprint. But as usual, take these stories with a pinch of salt – rumors stay rumors until they’ve been officially announced.
