In an article from the Wall Street Journal, Vizi Inc.’s upcoming Android tablet and phone have been unveiled. The company that’s known to make TV sets, Blu-ray disc players and other related accessories have taken its first steps into the competitive smartphone/tablet world and their devices look pretty impressive. Set to be unveiled at CES 2011 this week, the Via Phone will pack a 4″ screen, front facing camera, and a 5 megapixel rear camera, while the Via Tablet will pack an 8″ high-resolution screen, WiFi, a front facing camera, and three speakers. Both devices will be running on Android (though it wasn’t stated what version) with a custom skin on top. We’ll keep you posted when we see these devices in the flesh. Anybody excited?
