Just like the Nokia N8, it looks like Nokia are having problems with their latest slider phone, the Nokia E7. The Symbian phone with a slide out QWERTY keyboard that was supposed to be launched this December will only be launched next year in January. Apparently the delay is because of some “minor durability issue” discovered in the E7 hardware. Well it’s a good thing that Nokia have managed to spot the problem early, before the phone is launched. A month’s delay should be bearable, as opposed the much longer wait for the Nokia N8. Let’s hope the phone doesn’t suffer the same problems as its predecessor. We’ll keep you posted when we find out more details.
