When Apple enabled AirPlay, they made sure that it would only work with the Apple TV. But not everybody owns an Apple TV to take advantage of the wireless streaming feature, so it was only a matter of time before developers managed to find a way to make it run on other operating systems. AirPlay can work with Macs and Linux machines and now, it has arrived for the Apple’s long-standing rival- Windows. Working on Windows XP, Vista, or 7, AirMediaPlayer for Windows allows users to stream content from their iOS device onto their Windows PC. Now, if only they could make it work on Android. Head here to download AirMediaPlayer for Windows, and hit the break to watch a video of it in action.
