Resubmit Your iPhone Apps?

Will Apple start allowing more applications with questionable content on the App Store in the future? We all know that Apple will be expanding its parental controls with the iPhone OS 3.0. It seems that some folks who have had apps rejected in the past have been notified that they may resubmit their apps in the future, possibly hinting that Apple might be loosening their approval process for apps after the introduction of the iPhone OS 3.0.
