Motorola’s QA4 has paid a visit to the FCC, and from the draft user manual available, it seems the phone will have video capture, aGPS, EVDO, stereo Bluetooth, YouTube and Picasa features, not to mention a touchscreen. The device hasn’t been officially announced by Motorola or any carrier just yet, but it can operate on the wireless networks that are offered by Sprint, Verizon and MetroPCS.
