Who doesn’t want faster data connectivity, right? Well, the folks over in Austria will probably be jumping with joy at the news that Mobilkom has commercially activated enhanced mobile-broadband services, which are powered by HSPA Evolution from Ericsson. HSPA Evolution will boost network capacity to 21Mbps peak rate, giving users much better data speeds. If 21Mbps isn’t enough, transmission speeds of up to 28Mbps will be reached in the course of the year. Now if only every country had a mobile-broadband service which could match that.
