Asus P565 Killed

Asus’ P565 smartphone was announced just recently, November if memory serves. So it’s a little shocking to hear that the company will be dropping the handset after entering its partnership with Garmin from last month. The P565 was scheduled to debut in France last month, but it’s obviously not going to happen now. Would the Asus P565 be a distraction to Asus if they were working together with Garmin? We honestly doubt, but then again, Asus supposedly thinks so.
