Quad-band BlackBerry Bold In Japan
Story posted on: February 26, 2009. Filed in: blackberry.

This might not be good news to folks who already own a BlackBerry Bold, but it seems that RIM has released a quad-band BlackBerry Bold in Japan recently. As mentioned, the device supports the 2100, 1900, 850 and 800MHz bands of UMTS/HSDPA. T-Mobile customers might start gnashing their teeth when they read this, especially if they were already complaining about the Bold’s lack of AWS 3G. Is the quad-band feature important to you, or are you satisfied with your BlackBerry Bold as it currently is? Drop us a comment to let us know.
