Nokia 6710 Navigator At MWC 2009
Story posted on: February 16, 2009. Filed in: nokia.

Nokia’s 6710 Navigator has shown up at MWC, and with its Navigator branding, it’s rather obvious that the phone’s main focus (aside from phone calls) is GPS navigation. One of the more useful features of the device is pedestrian mode. Nokia Maps will be able to interact with OVI to sync content, and also routes that users have created on the PC. Aside from that, the mapping data for Nokia Maps is kept on the memory card, so you won’t have to download data when you’re moving around, which will be a boon, especially if you’re overseas and roaming data is extremely expensive.
