Archos Android Phone Tablet Coming

A nice press release from Texas Instruments sheds light on the fact that Archos is geared up to use TI’s OMAP3 processor in its upcoming “Internet Media Tablet” which will be running on Google’s Android, and can also double up as a phone. Specifications of the device include a 5-inch screen, up to 500GB hard drive, 7-hours video playback and Flash support. Not too bad, and certainly a step in the right direction for both Google and Archos.
