Stereoscopic Display Phone
Story posted on: January 29, 2009. Filed in: others.

We’ve seen many impressive features on some Japanese phones, but KDDI’s latest Hitachi Wooo H001 has one feature that you don’t see too often. We’re talking about the phone’s stereoscopic IPS display, which can show you 3D versions of various menus on the phone, and also mobile TV content. If you’re not used to the 3D pictures, you can always flip the switch to toggle it back to the standard (2D) mode. The phone will be available in 3 colors in April, albeit only in Japan.
