$90 For You Thanks To Sprint ETF
Story posted on: January 12, 2009. Filed in: others.

A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Sprint's ETF (early termination fee). Now anyone who started and subsequently ended a contract with Sprint between July 1999 and December 2008 can now look forward to getting some cash thanks to the proposed settlement. What you have to do is to show proof that you cancelled during that period and paid an ETF, and you'll be getting $90 for your troubles. If you stuck with Sprint during that time period in order to avoid the ETF, you get $35. It’s by no means a large sum of money, but any money is better than no money, right?
