Unknown Device Is The Palm Roteo?

We recently posted the picture of this weird looking handset with a rotating display (of sorts), though there wasn’t much information on it then. While we haven’t gone as far as to get the whole specification listing, we have managed to get a name (or codename), which is the Roteo. Apparently this Roteo is a device that will be available in 2009 by Palm, who are no strangers to weird designs, especially since they’ve tried to come up with the Foleo in the past. Hopefully more information on this will crop up soon.
