Samsung Ego GT-S9402 Goes Official

Looking for a durable phone? Well, Samsung’s Ego GT-S9402 certainly looks to boast some impressive specifications. The phone is made from a “liquid metal†composite alloy that is developed by Caltech, and claims to be 3 times stronger, can withstand 1.8 times the pressure, is 1.6 times more flexible, 3 times better vibration absorption and 100% lower thermal conductivity than titanium, which is a pretty bold claim to make. While the phone lacks 3G or Wi-Fi, there are still plenty of features on this phone that will make it competitive in today’s cell phone market, such as:
- Triband GSM (900/1800/1900 Mhz), GPRS/EDGE connectivity on 1st SIM card
- Dual band (900/1800 Mhz), GPRS/EDGE connectivity on 2nd SIM card
- 2" 262k color QVGA AMOLED display
- 5 megapixel camera
- Autofocus, image stabilization, smile detection, WDR and LED flash
- Integrated FM Radio with RDS
- 1GB built-in memory
- microSDHC memory card slot
- Bluetooth 2.0 and USB connectivity
