iPhone And BlackBerry Storm Survey

The BlackBerry Storm was probably RIM's answer to Apple's iPhone, but how does it fare in terms of customer satisfaction? It recent survey doesn't paint too pretty a picture for the BlackBerry Storm, as it states that 77% of the iPhone's users were satisfied with it, as opposed to the 33% satisfaction for the Storm. Only 5% of the iPhone 3G's users were dissatisfied, while 14% of the Storm's users were dissatisfied. This dissatisfaction with RIM's BlackBerry Storm might be due to the firmware issues that plagued the phone when it was initially released.
