iPhone 3G Coming To Wal-Mart

There were whispers of it before, and now it’s confirmed that Wal-Mart will be offering Apple’s iPhone 3G, and we’ve even got a date for you. The date is set for December 28th, and Wal-Mart will be offering Apple’s insanely popular iPhone 3G at about 2,500 locations, with some stores getting live demo units to display just like Best Buy Mobile. There is also a report that states that 69 Sam’s Club locations (that use the Wal-Mart ordering system) will be offering the handset on the same date as well, which makes sense, seeing that Sam’s Club is a division of Wal-Mart.
