T-Mobile Sold Triple The Amount Of G1 Pre-orders
Story posted on: October 6, 2008. Filed in: google.

Judging by everybody’s anticipation for T-Mobile’s Android-powered G1, it really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that its spokesperson is reporting that it’s nearly tripled the number of phones that were initially available for delivery on its Oct 22nd launch date, and they’ve all been sold. A recent leaked report mentioned that T-Mobile is planning to sell up to 500,000 of the phones this quarter, and might even order up to 2 million of said devices from HTC. So after iPhone-mania, will we be having G1-mania?
