SanDisk Working On 128GB microSD Card
Story posted on: October 20, 2008. Filed in: others.

It seems that SanDisk is busy developing microSD cards that can store a whopping 128GB of data, which it hopes will be ready by 2011. With research showing that in 2008, 700 million of the 1.2 billion phones sold in the world have expandable memory, and that figure is expected to rise to 950 million in 2010. Hopefully they’ll decide to roll this out a little sooner, as a lot of people are looking to turn their phone into a iPod.
