Lenovo To Make Android Handset
Story posted on: October 28, 2008. Filed in: google.

Following the Android-craze, China Mobile has plans to release an Android-powered handset somewhere between February and March 2009, which isn’t all that far away. One major difference from T-Mobile’s G1 is that China Mobile has opted for Lenovo to come up with the Android-powered handset for them, instead of HTC. Whether this will be a smart move or not will remain to be seen, but as long as they churn out quality handsets, we’ve really nothing much to complain about.
