HTC TouchFLO Comes To Xperia
Story posted on: October 3, 2008. Filed in: htc.

If you’re torn between Sony Ericsson’s Panels UI (User Interface) for its Xperia X1 and HTC’s TouchFLO UI, then the Xperia might just have an edge here, as the folks over at XDA-Developers have managed to get HTC’s TouchFLO running on pre-release Xperia X1 devices. Unfortunately the process to get TouchFLO on the Xperia is rather complicated, and won’t give you the 3D accelerated version, just the less-exciting 2D version. If you’re lucky enough to have the Xperia X1 with you, then you could always try it out, though remember to exercise caution when playing with third-party software.
