TouchFLO 3D For All Windows Mobile Phones
Story posted on: September 13, 2008. Filed in: htc.
With the recent leak of the HTC Touch Viva, some people were wondering whether its (rumored) 200 MHz processor would be able to handle HTC’s TouchFLO 3D interface. As the story goes on, it seems that HTC has created a new less processor intensive version called TouchFLO 2D, which features most of the benefits of TouchFLO 3D. If you’re itching to find out what it’s like for your phone, the kind folks over at XDA-Developers have taken it out of the Viva’s ROM and made it available for all HTC phones. As usual, do be careful when testing leaked software, as you do so at your own risk.
