Word on the streets is that the Android-powered handset by T-Mobile, which probably means the G1, is still on track to meet its September 23rd announcement deadline, with a store release scheduled for the end of the next month. While pricing details are still unavailable, it’s been said that HTC will be shipping around 600,000 to 700,000 units of the phone.
