T-Mobile Launches First HSDPA Phone
Story posted on: August 8, 2008. Filed in: sonyericsson.

It looks like Sony Ericsson and T-Mobile USA will be holding hands again, and T-Mobile will be launching their first HSDPA phone too, in the form of the TM506. While the specs aren’t anything to shout about, HSDPA is always a nice thing to have. The phone should be available on September 3rd, though there currently isn’t a price attached to it yet. The specifications of the phone are:
- 2.0 megapixel camera
- Tri-band 850/1800/1900 GSM/GPRS/EDGE (boo!)
- Dual-band UMTS/HSDPA 1700/2100
- Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP
- microSD slot
- Video recording
- IM
