Class Action Lawsuit Over iPhone 3G Reception
Story posted on: August 21, 2008. Filed in: apple.

It seems that the iPhone 3G reception issue has stepped up a gear in terms of severity. A lawsuit has been filed by an Alabama woman who is complaining of Apple's marketing that touts the iPhone 3G to have double the Internet speeds, but the reception problems make it almost impossible to attain. With the woman referring to the device as the “defective iPhone 3Gâ€, Apple had better come up with a solution soon, so that things don't get too messy. Apple's 2.0.2 update is said to address some of those problems.
