Android Phone To Go On Presale Soon?

Some people might think that Android devices might be delayed, but TmoNews is reporting that there will be a presale of the Android phone on September 17th 2008, which will last a week. The phone, which is currently known as the G1 (which could be a codename) will be going for $399, though it’s also said that T-Mobile customers can pick it up for $150, though this price might be for existing T-Mobile customers only. The G1 is supposed to have 3G, touch screen, sliding QWERTY keypad, 3 megapixel camera, though there isn’t any mention of UMA or WiFi. Though there isn’t any official confirmation of this just yet, it will be something everybody will be eagerly awaiting.
