Verizon Settles ETF Class Action Lawsuit

While it may not the rumored $1 billion, $21 million is still a large figure. It seems like Verizon will be handing over that amount to settle a class action lawsuit over early termination fees. It seems that even after $21 million, Verizon still isn’t admitting to any wrong doing. A Verizon spokesman stated that the lawsuit "was a distraction," and that "this was a quick way to resolve it."
