Story posted on: July 31, 2008. Filed in: google.

Google Maps seems to be making quite a bit of progress lately, and now they’ve added mass transit directions on its S60 and Windows Mobile versions of Google maps. The latest version 2.2 can be downloaded and installed via your mobile phone’s browser. This latest update will bring transit directions in over 50 cities around the world, and Google will surely be adding more to that in the future.
