Another Motorola Phone Goes To Visit The FCC

Motorola probably isn't enjoying things too much at the moment, as they don't seem to be making waves. Their latest candy that has just paid a visit to the FCC seems to continue that trend. Said handset was only tested for GSM / EDGE 1900 and Bluetooth, which probably means that it will be marketed outside of the US.
Other information includes a front-facing camera, which normally indicates 3G capability, so hopefully its users will have some fast data access along with video calls. This phone looks very much like a budget oriented handset, and hopefully Motorola doesn't try to hawk it off as some high end phone.
