Apple Staff Aren't Going To Tell You How To Activate Your iPhone 3G?
Story posted on: June 30, 2008. Filed in: apple.
Apple seems to love to do things different from everyone else, though it’s not always beneficial to the end user. According to a FAQ list that was distributed to Apple retail store employees, if a customer asks for details regarding the activation of the iPhone, which users are supposedly able to do from their home, staffers are told to reply “I don’t have any details at this time about activationâ€. How very polite of them.
Other details include responses to questions such regarding the price comparison between the iPhone and the iPod Touch, which staffers are supposed to reply “iPhone 3G is offered at such a terrific price because, like most cell phones, it requires a 2-year carrier contractâ€.
