Philips To Launch New Budget Phones In Asia

There hasn’t been anything too special about Philips phones until now, and it looks like its destined to stay that way. The 198 and 199 models seem to be targeting the lower end market.
Some of its features include a miniUSB connection, and the 198 comes with FM radio. Though the specs aren’t anything to boast about, its very lightweight at about 65 grams, and almost has a similar pricetag of $62
