Apple's iPhone Calls For Nostalgia
Story posted on: May 15, 2008. Filed in: apple.
Virtual keypads, QWERTY keypads, Music buttons, sometimes people just get sick of it all. Whatever happened to the good old fashioned phones? It seems that some people still remember them, and love them, clearly shown by this latest third-party app called the iDial.
Simply put, the iDial puts the old-school rotary type dialing on user’s iPhones, and works just like they did back then. As for technological advancements, well, it displays the number you just dialed at the center. How’s that for improving the wheel?
