O2 Says

Fresh rumors have surfaced of a 3G iPhone. O2, the operator partner for the iPhone in the UK, has declared that the 8GB and 16GB iPhone are “no longer available” in the UK.

The 8GB iPhone was sold out due to the success of its £100 off promotion, but this is the first time, that both the 8GB and 16GB version of the phone have been unavailable to customers.

Aside from that, The Carphone Warehouse’s online shop also shows both versions of the phone to be out of stock..

Is a 3G iPhone really just around the corner?
