Sony Magazine makes reference to PSP Phone

A recent issue of Sony Magazine has an interesting tidbit of information. We don't know what context it was used in, whether it was an official statement regarding Sony or not. What we do know is that Sony Magazine references a PSP-Style Phone in development, and that it'll most likely be available by February. Any idea on what they could be referring to or is this Sony's way of sneaking in a PSP console phone under our noses?
