Hop-On prepping for a YahooPhone?

Hop-On, best known for their cheap cellphones and disposable designs, have been playing the trademark game, recently filing trademark applications for both "YahooPhone" and "YPhone". While Hop-On has a certain amount of ties to larger companies such at AT&T and Verizon, there is no indication on whether the company wants to gobble up rights to the brand name, or if their actually developing a phone for Yahoo.

If Hop-On plans to release a Yahoo-branded phone, without the consent from the powers that be over at the search engine, there could be some legal fists flying through the air pretty soon.
