iPhone display making bubbles, and not the fun kind

Ok, so maybe the iPhone didn't have the greatest quality control we would have expected. It seems that some users of the device are noticing air bubbles appear beneath the iPhone's touch display.

But, there is a white spot on this gray cloud. Apple is offering to replace bubbling iPhones on the spot. So no waiting a month while Apple dicks around with your device.
