Blackberry email down again, RIM users "berry" mad

With as many full-fledged Blackberry addicts as there are out there, you would think RIM would be on top of every tweak and problem as it happens, but yet again, Blackberry is being plagued with service outages as their email service is down again.

Following the blackout last month, which also provided competitor Palm with a new ad campaign, RIM claimed such problems would never happen again. This is exactly why you shouldn't make promises you can't keep because there are now millions of very angry Blackberry users. Or now, perhaps ex-Blackberry users.
