UBS predicts 3G iPhone within 6 months, chip by Infineon

Analysts have been speculating for months about when and if a 3G iPhone will be released. UBS is tossing their opinion into the gauntlet, speculating that the 3G iPhone could be making an appearance within the next six months, with a possible announcement in September. Interestingly, they also make the claim that the 3G chips themselves will be made by German corporation Infineon Technologies AG.
We're still betting on a June 2008 release for the device. Back in December, rumors were being tossed around about Taiwan-based Innolux shipping touchscreens to Cupertino, which would place release for a new iPhone in mid-June. Speculation doesn't lead to fact though. What's your take?
