iPhone 1.1.3 causing SMS issues
Story posted on: January 17, 2008. Filed in: apple.

The newest firmware upgrade to the iPhone, version 1.1.3, which was rolled out on the day of Steve Jobs' keynote speech at MacWorld, has been causing a problem with the chronological ordering of users' SMS messages. The bug causes SMS message conversations to switch spots, messing up the actual order in which the texts were sent and received. Hopefully Apple is already well on their way to patching the issue. We bet a lot of iPhone users are mighty annoyed right now. Sure, not a huge flub, but troublesome and irritating nonetheless.
