MetroPCS to offer Samsung R410

MetroPCS will be offering the Samsung R410 soon, and this unique device targets the young and the hip with its full QWERTY keyboard - an essential tool for any young person who seem to love keeping in touch with family and friends via text messages more than anything else. Too bad the Samsung R410 will sacrifice a couple of important features when you sign up with a $35 unlimited calling plan. The multi-megapixel camera and EV-DO data connection has been done away with, replaced by a VGA shooter and 1xRTT data speeds respectively. On the plus side, you get stereo Bluetooth connectivity. The Samsung R410 will retail between $150 and $200 when released.

i like the phone but here are the bad things no bluetooth the camera does not focus right when you record you cant set the sound as a ringtone other than that the phone is ok

I got this phone yesterday and the camera sucks, but everything else is really awesome! I love the color (I got red) and the graphics are really clear and percise. It is easy to use, didn't have to crack the user manual. Good value for 200 bucks.

Got One. Love the raised push buttons, I can actually use it. With flip phones the keys are always flat, and I have 2 use fingernails. Smooth voice dialing. Manual is hard 2 read because of the low contrast ink color, and sub-minutare icon pictures/drawings. I bought it because I needed the better accesability features. Some menus are very small print: exp. @metro options. Currently not much out there 2 download ( ring tones, games... Only feature from metropcs is in Spanish December 07 ) Nice feature with metropcs is the 411 option ( depends on plan ) with voice activated number directory with directions, maps. Pleased with it. 4 1/2 stars of 5 possible
