Blackberry 8700 in China by end of month

Following the announcement in the summer that the Blackberry had finally been approved for sale in China, RIM plans to unleash the device on the Chinese market by the end of December. TCL Communications, the manufacturer of the Blackberry device in China has already recieved an order for 10,000 8700 devices from China Mobile.
China Mobile will release the Blackberry 8700 with two available plans; one costing RMB 398 ($54), the other running for RMB 598 ($81). Especially those in the Chinese business sector should be excited about the Blackberry finally making its way to the country after a 8 year battle.Tags:
