Disney to launch service with Softbank

Disney is an empire in the U.S., still ranked as the second largest entertainment company in the States. Though, many people don't know how large Disney is in Japan as well. Disney has announced plans with Japan's Softbank, to release a Disney-themed service in early 2008. Instead of having to build their own user base, Disney will have access to Softbank's users, and will offer their services through the Japanese network. Softbank will benefit by having a well-known and loved company using their phones to display exclusive mobile content and animated design.
